Ошибка запуска сервиса RIP for NWLink IPX после установки службы удаленного доступа Microsoft Windows NT

ПРОБЛЕМА

После установки службы удаленного доступа загрузка Windows NT сопровождается ошибкой:

Error starting Remote Access Service on <ServerName>. Check the Event log on <ServerName> for details.

Error 1068: The dependency service failed to start

Журнал системных событий содержит следующие сообщения об ошибках:

Event Id 7000

The RIP for Nwlink IPX service failed to start due to the following error:

The parameter is incorrect

и

Event Id 7001

The Remote Access Service depends on the RIP for Nwlink IPX service which failed to start because of the following error:

The parameter is incorrect

РЕШЕНИЕ

Ошибка возникает только в случае добавления службы удаленного доступа ПОСЛЕ установки Service Pack (копируется более ранняя версия NWLnkRIP.sys). Для решения проблемы следует повторить установку Service Pack для Windows NT.
